What we collect when you use the application form

Your name, email address and phone number
Your Texas licence status, market, closings in the last twelve months, and current brokerage if you give it
Anything you type into the message box
The page you first arrived on, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed
The figures you entered into the commission calculator, if you used it, and the estimate it produced

We collect the last two so we know which marketing is actually working and so we can pick up the conversation where your numbers left off. They are attached to your enquiry, not to a profile of you.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare your cost comparison, assess whether CapTex sponsorship is a fit, and keep a record of the enquiry. We use it for that and nothing else.

Who processes it

Formspree receives the application form submission and delivers it to CapTex by email.
Netlify hosts this website and, like any web host, records standard server request logs.
Google Analytics 4 measures aggregate site usage. See the next section.
Google Calendar handles appointment booking if you choose to book a call. Booking happens on Google's own service.
Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on this site.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other brokerages, recruiters or data brokers.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits, see which pages are read, and see which marketing channels bring people here. GA4 sets cookies in your browser and collects a truncated IP address, device type and approximate location.

We do not run advertising pixels on this site. If that changes, this notice will be updated before any advertising tag is added.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on. The site works normally either way.

Owner decision: whether to add a cookie consent banner. Texas does not currently require one, but it may be advisable depending on where enquiries come from. Worth raising with your reviewer.

Text messages and calls

The application form asks you to agree that CapTex may contact you by email, phone or text about broker sponsorship. That consent covers responses to your enquiry. You can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to a text or emailing us, and we will stop.

How long we keep it

Owner to confirm a retention period for enquiries that do not become members, and for member records after a membership ends.

Asking for your information or its deletion

Email join@captexrealty.com and ask. We will tell you what we hold about you and delete it on request, subject to any record-keeping obligations that apply to a licensed Texas brokerage.
