Information About Brokerage Services (IABS)

TREC requires each broker and sales agent to provide the Information About Brokerage Services notice at first substantive communication, and to display a link to it on the home page of a business website.

The completed IABS form is being posted to this page. Until it is, request a copy by emailing join@captexrealty.com and it will be sent to you directly.

TREC Consumer Protection Notice
